The wildy popular Warren Ellis Tenor 4-string led many of our customers screaming out for a standard 6 string version they could call their own. Well, you asked for it, now here it is! Based on the Warren Ellis Signature Tenor design but tuned like a regular guitar, E-E. It's a super comfortable, professional grade 23" short scale guitar. Nickname: Scarface - "Say hello to my little friend!"

I'm not sure how I stumbled across this joint, but ECG may just be the death of me. I ordered the Warren Ellis 6 because 1-it caught my eye. It's a great looking axe. 2-I listened to Keith McFadden and RJ Ronquillo play it. Those guys are aces and really know how to bring out the personality of a guitar. 3- The pickup combination intrigued me. 4-I was interested in a short-scale but had been disappointed in the quality of the Mexican Fenders I played in the store.
For the money, I must admit, I didn't have my expectations set too high, but when I unpacked my WE6, I was pleasantly surprised. This thing looks just as good in person as it does in the videos and pics. Everything is nicely finished and well built. Sharp fret edges seem to be the norm with budget guitars, but the neck on this is just great. Very smooth and thoughtfully crafted...yes!
Plugged in and tuned up, the intonation is spot-on and set up nicely for my taste. I didn't have the urge to tweak anything. I ran it through a variety of amp models and effects through my Line 6 Amplifi, from juicy cleans to creamy crunch to scorching distortion and found myself having an absolute blast! This thing is FUN! It makes me smile, and that is what I buy guitars for.
I have also ordered the Rivolta Combinata and am contemplating my next Eastwood purchase. I wish I had discovered this place before I acquired a room full of Fenders and Gibsons, but oh well.... These guitars are all about fun, to me, and I'll be doing more business with Eastwood in the future.
Final score: Warren Ellis 6 is a blast to play at a great price point. Winner!

Been looking for a replacement for my short-scale Duo Sonic II with a funky neck and this baby fills the bill and then some.
Just got it 2 days ago and took it to band practice and put it through all the paces. I prefer the wide open pickup configuration with both on at the same time for the full impact. Very comfortable in my hands, and looks great too. The only thing is the G string drifts a bit for me, but not enough to be a showstopper..This is my 3rd guitar from Eastwood and they are quickly becoming one of my favorite companies alongside the other 2 major companies. I already have orders in for 2 more from them..Well done gang.

I liked the look and the tone of this guitar in RJ's demo, but I sometimes think RJ could make any guitar sound great. I worried a bit about the extra short-scale length. Despite all that, when it went on sale it looked too good to pass up. I'm very glad I added it to my stable! It's got tons of tone and easy action. It's a blast to play blues on it, and it looks even better in person! I haven't tried it with all my amps yet, but I already know it will end up in some recordings. Great little guitar, thanks Mike!
