The SIDEJACK series are based on the 1960’s MOSRITE. Mosrite guitars were made in USA and began gaining in popularity in the early 1960’s with the help of The Ventures. Its distinctive shape features a reversed-Stratocaster look. The Sidejack is available in three different models.

Bought mine as B-stock but there really wasn't a mark on it.
The good -- flawless finish, very nicely constructed, arrived well set up. Very light. Plays beautifully, absolutely storming tone from the pickups. Great variety of sounds from full on Duane Eddy twang to a very usable round jazz tone. No problem with full barre chords, totally playable in every way. Really almost perfect.
The not-quite-so-good -- pickup covers a bit loose, pickups somewhat microphonic (but that may account for their excellent tone). Slight click on the tremolo handle, probably could be improved but haven't taken it apart yet. The guitar is a bit noisy overall, might be a grounding issue or possibly just the nature of the beast. By no means a deal breaker.
Overall a terrific, great value guitar that oozes character and absolutely begs to be played. Mine sounds best through a Fender Deluxe Reverb or Twin with a bit of tremolo.
Baritones often seem like a bit of a one trick pony but this one really doesn't seem like that at all.
