Each of our guitars comes with a lifetime limited warranty and any instrument purchased directly from us receives a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy.
Eastwood warrants all instruments to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns it.
Electronics, tuning machines, and case hardware are warranted for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. Lifetime PLUS extends this to 3 years.
In addition to the warranty extension, with the purchase of Eastwood Plus you'll also receive:
Lifetime PLUS extended warranty allows the owner to trade-up their registered instrument for a new instrument within the 3-year warranty period. They will get 80% of the original purchase price credited towards their new purchase. Lifetime PRIME customers will get 100% of the original purchase price credited towards their new purchase within the 5-year warranty period.
All trade-up instruments must be in working condition with minimal wear and tear from normal usage. Eastwood reserves the right to reject any instrument that it deems to be in “not working” condition and are unable to refurbish for resale.
PLUS and Lifetime PRIME extended warranties allow the owner to have their instrument professionally setup directly from Eastwood Guitars within the 3-year warranty period. This may include: new strings, fret dressing, truss rod and intonation adjustment, etc. All shipping and insurance expenses are the responsibility of the owner.

I got the Lifetime Plus because I really like the trade-up option. As someone who lives in a place where I can't physically go to try out an Eastwood or an Airline, I need to rely on online reviews and YouTube video demos. Based on these, I ordered an Eastwood and found it lived up to the good reviews. Now I can keep it, or trade-up. This is great, because there are some other interesting instruments I'd like to get my hands on, like an Airline Map.
