Can I order an Eastwood® direct from Eastwood® Guitars?

Yes, we sell Eastwood® Guitars directly to the public. We suggest that you review our dealer list, but if you can't find one locally you can use the BUY NOW button on this website.


How can I become a dealer for Eastwood® Guitars?

If you are interested in becoming a dealer, please send us an EMAIL with a short description of your store and shipping address. We will EMAIL a dealer price list.


Do you have a Return Policy?

Yes. If you are not happy, we are not happy. If you receive your item and simply do not like it for any reason, you can return for a full refund (less shipping) within 30 days of your purchase date. If the item is "not as advertised", damaged or needs additional setup, we will refund, repair or replace at our expense, including shipping costs. Between 30 - 120 days, if you wish to return your item, we will retain a 20% restocking fee from your refund amount. After that time we will entertain returns or exchanges on a case by case basis only.


Do you ship guitars outside the North America?

We ship Eastwood® Guitars worldwide. Shipping in North America is UPS 3-day select, outside North America is UPS Expedited Airmail. Shipping generally takes 3-5 days outside North America. There are a few countries where UPS Expedited Service is not available. Email us for a price quote on shipping.


How much is shipping?

We need your full address in order to calculate a shipping quote, but expect to pay approximately:

  • 3-day North America ($49 per guitar)
  • 5-day Outside North America EXPEDITED ($99 per guitar)
  • 3-day Outside North America EXPRESS ($189 per guitar)

Do I have to pay taxes when shipping outside North America?

Yes, depending where you live, the UPS Delivery person will collect applicable taxes when delivering the guitar.


Do Eastwood® Guitars come with a Warranty?

Yes, please email your contact information, model name, serial number (if available), where/when you purchased:

The Eastwood Partners Program is our new initiative to assist recreational musician programs around the globe. They will gain access to the complete line of Eastwood and Airline guitars.

Does Eastwood® have a custom shop?

Yes. We can make minor modifications to your Eastwood® Guitar. Here are some common customization charges: 
  • Custom pickguard (add $100 to list price)
  • Alternative Pickups (Market Price)
  • Add BIGSBY Tremolo (add $129 to list price)
