Based on the early 1960’s Mosrite Californian, this affordable resonator guitar has a lot to offer. It’s got that steely resonator guitar sound for the blues with a Piezo bridge and it doubles as a standard electric with a P-90 in the neck position. Two guitars in one!

This is a great guitar. Right out of the box it needed a little bit of tweaking. The string action was just a little bit too low for the style of music that I play. That was an easy and quick fix though. The strings that came on the guitar were a lighter guage than what I like to use, but a quick trip to the local music store will remedy that. But the guitar! I plugged this beast into my Fender Stage 160, and that's when the rubber hit the road! The option to blend between the bridge pickup and the P -90 style pickup in the neck makes for a sound that punches! The neck is about as fast as it gets. I can finally use my thumb to get bass notes while playing slide in the upper registers. The guitar is very well balanced. It has a natural feel when you strap it on. I love it too death. This certainly won't be my last Eastwood guitar!

I can't say enough positives about this instrument. I had read other reviews about the quality of construction, finish, tone, etc., and am now ready to join the ranks of other satisfied owners. I own several other guitars that are 3-4 times the price of this guitar, and yet the quality of this instrument is every bit as impressive. I've only had it two days now, but can tell it's going to be a favored "go to" guitar when I want to play for MY enjoyment and entertainment. The versatility of tone control provides lots of opportunity for experimentation and allows you to customize the sound to the tune/genre you're playing. If you have any desire to own a "resonator" do yourself a favor and buy this guitar. I'm confident you'll be very satisfied with your purchase and will truly enjoy this instrument every time you play it.

Okay, yeah, I bought it for the color...
This was my first purchase from Eastwood (I have since added a Mandocaster) and I was very impressed by the quality. For their being affordable instruments, the craftsmanship is astounding. High quality fit and finish on both.
The Delta 6 is fun because you can mix the piezo in the resonator with the P90ish soap-bar in the neck to get a very wide tonal range.
I am not a slide player, but I ordered a couple while I was waiting for this to find me in the polar vortex last winter. It plays so well, I can't bear to life the action. Someday.
I highly recommend it.

Pulled the guitar out of the box, retuned it to an alternate tuning, and started playing. It came adequately set up. No muss, no fuss. Has a smooth sound, especially when using a slide. It has already become one of my favorite guitars.

First let me say fast shipping. 3 days to Oklahoma never happened with any other ! This guitar is Super. The neck felt like my old Mosrite Californian.
Way lighter though. The finish is perfect . After playing for 46 years the first thing I do is check finish , the nut tuners etc . After inspection and tuning which was just a few turns away we go . Love the P90 the only thing needed is to tweak a slight buzz on the cone . Same problem with my Mosrite . I have played with country stars, R&B, and Blues. Grew up playing Gospel . Own one of all the famous brands . Right up there in line with them !!!!!

It's sounds great, the physical feelings I have with this guitar is far beyond all the other instruments I've tried for years. You know about this true organic relationship we musicians can feel with our tools. I wanted to tried it first as a spare guitar, and a few gigs later it obviously became my main guitar.
