The semi-hollow body CLASSIC 4 design takes from the famous 60’s "Country Classic " look and the 30" scale allowed us to develop an instrument with great balance and feel. You will find this BASS will become your everyday player that you can for hours!

I will say I was a little apprehensive when I ordered this Bass with out actually seeing it. The photos definitely do not do this beautiful sounding justice. The finish is a high gloss and the graining of the Walnut veneer is first rate. Like most of the semi hollow bodies I have played, this Classic 4 has a nice rich sound and well worth it.

I have wanted to play the bass for years but have never been comfortable with a normally strung base. I'm not a complete lefty, but there are some things that I just naturally do left handed so buying this instrument was a big gamble because I didn't know if I would be able to use it even. I still have a long way to go, but I am completely comfortable with this guitar. I opted for a semi-acoustic so that I can just pick it up and play whenever I want without upsetting the neighbours. It has a great tone and it is beautifully finished. Thank you Eastwood! It is wonderful.

This bass was a very good addition to my collection as it is a little different in the "looks" and "feels" department. I have owned short-scale basses in the past, but nothing compares to the resonance of the Classic 4. The large, semi-hollow body gives the bass a nice, warm, fat tone in the low end. Bass lines sound incredible with some palm muting techniques and resemble an upright bass sound at times. In the middle- and upper-register, this bass solos very well. There is definition in the sound while still maintaining that woody "thump."
If I could think of some improvements to the instrument, I would suggest upgrading the bridge to a fixed piece rather than a floating piece. The intonation on this bass is not bad at all, but a fixed bridge would make it that much better, especially for those who travel a lot.
Overall, I love this instrument and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive studio instrument or instructional instrument. Plus, it looks amazing on stage!
