I own many other guitars and my Tuxedo is my favorite by far, I am thinking of getting by a black one as a backup and play these exclusively.

I like my tuxedo. It definitely has personality. Looks, sounds, and plays great. I was expecting the neck to be a little fatter. For most players this isn't a thing, but I am originally a bassist and have huge hands. The smaller scale makes the fingerboard narrow. Different than my expectations, but that is the description's fault not the guitar. Fine instrument, and P-90's are bitchin. Different than my Strat, Asat special, Telsco, and Gretschs. A lot less play in the Bigsby than a Gretsch and strings are really close together. I wish the neck were more like a fifties Les Paul or an Esquire tele, but it is what it is. Nice touches like inlay and roller bridge. Over-all, after I put real strings on it, I was pleased. It just barely missed being my ultimate dream guitar. Oh well, still really nice.

Getting back into playing the guitar and wow! what sweet looking set up, so well made and perfect intonation straight out of the box.
Playing through a hand made princeton, hepas of meaty tones and exactly the P90 tone i was after!
Well done Eastwood.

Fretboard feels wonderful. The pickups sound silky, quiet. I expected more noise from P90's. Finish is impeccable, a really beautiful guitar.
I gave it four stars because palm mutes are something you have to get used to because the trapeze tail is so close to the tune-o-matic.
This comes with 10's and they suit the guitar, intonation is good. I enjoy perfect intonation. I'll be putting on an Earvana nut. I like 11's with a wrapped third.

This guitar has a classic p-90 sound that is further accentuated by it's beautiful hollow-body tone -it just sounds amazing without any amplification. The PUPs are pretty hot and have an awesome bright bark that I love. I felt like I became a better guitar player just picking this up because everything just sounds better. I use this with a Peavey Classic 30 and there are so many different tones -all the way from acoustic to classic rock and blues -very vintage and very responsive to pick attack. Great thing about this guitar is that it's light and well balanced and so easy to play -I really love the neck.
One thing that surprised me is how quiet the guitar is -I expected a lot more noise from single coils, especially since these are not reverse wound.
Build on this is phenomenal -super solid and professional -only part that seems to be potentially problematic is the pick guard, which is just held on by two screws, but no problems yet. The look of the guitar in person is even nicer than the pictures -the binding is so well done and everyone who has seen this have complimented the aesthetics of the guitar.
If you like P90s and hollow body sound don't hesitate on this one, there's very little it can't do well and the quality is what you would expect from something four times this price.
