Great player right out of the box. Love the pickups, even without the traditional 5 way switch there is a lot of tonal variety. I play mine thru a Fender Blues Deluxe and really I would feel comfortable playing just about any style. The only downsides is that it's a little heavy for me (I'm old and I'm a runt) and when playing it sitting down my forearm will inadvertently bush against the knobs and whoa where'd my tone go?
