| In 1984 OVATION® released their high-end ULTRA®-GP. Less than 400 guitars were made. The guitar never gained in popularity, primarily because it was priced over $400, higher than a GIBSON Les Paul. Over 20 years later the original ULTRA-GP has soared in value in the Vintage Market with prices topping $3,000. |
